The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Fighters Table

Since the launch of Campaign 4, fresh DM Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a wide array of characters, and a gripping narrative showcasing celestial beings, fiends, and dark forces expanding in power within Dol-Makjar.

Note: Revealing details for the latest installment of Campaign 4 lie ahead.

The Warrior Group Unveiled

The third episode finished on a dramatic pause and presented the initial group of heroes who will branch out from the central cast to begin their separate journey, distinct from the remaining groups.

The combat-focused team includes Teor (played by the voice actor), Thimble (the talented performer), the fierce warrior (the cast member), Wicander Halovar (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Why Split the Party?

With a large ensemble, it was obvious from the beginning that having everyone at a single group would be unworkable.

This explains, the initial installments of this story serve as an Introduction, connecting the individual narratives before splitting into three smaller tables: Fighters, Schemers, and Explorers.

What Defines the Combat Party

According to the DM, the Soldiers table is for players who prefer a traditionally charged battle-oriented story mode where diplomatic options are rare.

At first glance, figures such as the hesitant healer Wicander Halovar might look unsuited, but the events of the latest installment demonstrate why these particular heroes are ideally matched for the combat party.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the party knows exactly where to proceed after a violent initial meeting with the enemy group.

A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose demise initiated the story’s plot—manipulated the enemy for his selfish purposes, breaking into the hidden lair, striking the rogue, and stealing all the enchanted items to auction.

Casimir then settled his liabilities and ran away to a secure base in the northern region, above Dol-Makjar, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each member has a individual motive to leave the city the urban setting:

  • Thimble, as the close ally and best friend, seeks retribution.
  • The knowledgeable figure has experience in Timmony and advises that it is a nasty environment.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having disobeyed his relatives’ demands to execute the fighter and instead saved him, have no other options.
  • Yet, their position as prominent individuals in House Halovar could help the party access places they normally couldn’t.
  • Moreover, Teor swore a eternal obligation to Wicander for his rescue and will now accompany him wherever.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are hunted by the rulers that govern the setting for a variety of reasons, making remaining behind too risky:

  • The agile adventurer and The character are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and The healer defied House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • Teor is marked for death by the family.

This leaves them little choice but to travel to Timmony in quest for the traitor.

Upcoming Developments

From episode three’s post-show segment, we learn that the Soldiers table will be absent in the upcoming installment, leaving the other eight participants to assemble the Seekers and Planners tables.

Fans can expect discovering which adventurers will be in which group in the season’s last Overture episode, streaming live on October 24.
